About the Program:

Curtain Up, Anxiety Down is a unique improv class led by Murray Dabby and Leslie Friedman. Over 12 weeks, you’ll explore the transformative power of improv in a safe and supportive environment, learning how to manage social anxiety and build confidence.


Key Details:
  • When: Mondays, starting September 15th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Where: Location near I-85 and Clairemont Road – Hosted by Couples College and Curtains Up Anxiety Down.
